Yes, although it would be better to look at pictures, from your description, your house looks or rather sounds Ok to me.

For off-site audit, I personally handle the all off-site audits.

In many of the off-site audits, many of our clients either fax us and/or if they need urgent responses can use reliable courier services such as FedEX and DHL. So far, many of our US clients use FedEX - which has benn proven to be very good. Or if one is not in a hurry sent the information thru snail mail i.e. postal service.

Which has a turnaround time of just one or two working days. Alternatively, scanned images or scan layout are equally acceptable.
