Further to what I had mentioned, I also checked with some shops and according to the proprietor(s), next year's tong su (Tung Shu) is currently not available yet.
The estimated time of arrival in Singapore is next month i.e. in the Chinese 7th month.
In my opinion, you should not have a problem getting a copy after 9 August 2002.
