Dear Janna,
1. I understand that you are from Moscow, Russia.
2. If one notice carefully, each country has it's distintive cluster of developments.
3. For example, in Singapore and Hong Kong, many Feng Shui practitioners specialise in high rise buildings: commercial, industrial and apartments.
4. For example, in Singapore, approximately 85 percent of the entire population of 4 million people in Singapore live in government subsidised housing. This statutory board is called Housing and Development Board or HDB for short.
5. Therefore, many local practitioners see more (assessment of high rise buildings than say landed property).
6. Similarly, in Taiwan and even in Malaysia, many practitioners do more assessments of landed property especially - if it is not in the city.
7. In my opinion, it is because of the high demand for apartment/flat owners to request for FS audits of their interior, many FS practitioners, focus on the interior. And this is the reason why; audits take on a simplistic approach of the interior.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
