G'day Cecil,
Thank you sir for your advice & suggestions.
That's sort of lead me into another easy question(s):
1. Do you know any COMPETENT FS consultant here down under? (Melbourne
Victoria)
A FS consultant friend or family might be?! As your advice, this is a
serious stuff you know & best not to D.I.Y. which I should take a bow to
you.
2. Given my birth date, what am I? A weak or strong Yang Tiger Wood? (from
your reply to Ber) "Tiger Wood"? Hey! Despite my poor swings (golf), at
least my sign + element are the same like the Real Tiger Wood???
Once again, thanks for your reply.
John :)

Dear John,
Under the Eight House Theory, it is best that you also consider some of the
following important points:
1. Where possible the location for the bedroom should be in an auspicious
sector also.
2. Since you are investing in a new house, it would be best not to D.I.Y.
but rather use the best tools to analyse the house.
The best method is to consult a competent FS consultant to look into your
project.
This is because, I believe if one is new, there are (lots) of considerations
to be looked into rather than simply using only the Eight house to determine
your main entrance door. (Well, this is only a suggestion.)
One suggestion is to tilt the main door to face SW. Another consideration is
that since SW is considered the devil's back door, you must be really sure
that it is beneficial to you to do so after considering the `big picture'.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
