Hi Experts,
In my birth certificate, the birth hour is 1.02pm. I have a twin brother whose birth hour is 1.05pm. A 'Fengshui' master told me that my 8 characters hour pillar belongs to 'WU' instead of 'WEI', and my brother's hour pillar is 'WEI'. Is wat he says true? What abt those born at 1.00pm? These are the grey areas. How can one 8 characters be accurate?
Please advise...thanks
