Dear Cheui May,
For your personal self, based on the report, it not only takes into consideration the element but also takes into consideration the element strength.
37% metal is acceptable although it is abit more than the norm which should be around 15% to 25%. Were each element should be around 20% on the average.
For your case, you should increase or have more water.
Whenever, one increase an element, it will inadvertenly reduce other elements assuming that there can only be 100% (to be shared by all Five elements).
By increase the water percentage, it will reduce the other element percentage in your pillars chart.
By increasing water, it will thus change the balance of the whole chart.
Warmest Regard
Cecil
