Dear Chee Kiat,
In my opinion, there is really not much one can do in such a situation especially since this is the building.
Since the toilets are there, it can be quite different from a home especially if the ratio of toilet area is much smaller than the entire building and in most cases, the toilet bowls may not be exactly at the centre or ideally should occupy one external wall. (if possible).
What is more important here is that where possible, your office's main door should not be facing the toilet entrance. I believe this is not so; in your case.
It would be better if the toilet has double doors or an extra door; leading into the male/female toilet or an individual external door.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
