Dear Albert,
Since you are in Singapore, perhaps you can let me know the name of the condominium.
As it would be difficult to based on a few lines of comments to make judgement on the condominium site. This is because, the site (plot of land) and its surroundings has to be looked into. This includes other features such as roads passing around the condo.
As for graves, usually if they are exhumed properly and if the site is fully cleared of graves, this would not be an issue as the Qi should dissipate soon after the development has been completed and lived in where the Yang activity would be high.
