Dear Siew Foong,
1. One option is to plant trees within the estate. When the trees mature (and depending) on the type of tree, some trees when they mature; can grow to the height of the 5th storey / floor or higher.
2. Other `artificial' means would be to close the window.
These are the two points, I can thing of for now...
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Your courses were easy to understand, clear, precise and very imaging. I will strongly recommend the Flying Stars course for those who want to have a better knowledge on the Flying stars. I almost finish my course. I am doing the exercice on the case studies. As soon I finish, I will send you my home work for your appreciation.
