1. Inspect the front and back of the building in relation to the surroundings. Look for a dragon hill in the EAST and a lower tiger hill in the West. It will be most auspicious if the dragon and tiger embraces each other.
2. Use a Lupan to assess the direction of the main door entrance while standing inside the house.
3. Ask for the Age of the building and draw up a Flying Star Chart. Check for any happenings or unusual history of the building e.g. suicides i.e. hanging etc. (if applicable)
4. Analayse the Flying Star Chart to determine the prosperity of the building in relation to it's physical surroundings and the water and mountain stars. (A Flying Star Chart can either be a 20 year analysis or a yearly analysis chart. A yearly analysis simply means that it is for a year and it will not be accurate for the next year or so.)
5. Get a copy of the building floor plan from the owner and start inspecting the internal of the home.
6. Apply the Flying Star Chart to the floor plan to check for the prosperous mountain and water stars. Also determine this in relation to the entrance, open spaces (if any), the living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, toilets and storerooms etc. Note down any physical shars in any of these locations.
7. Check where the bad stars 5 and 2 fall? Hopefully they fall in the toilet or storeroom. If not, note down which room it falls first for later analysis.
8. Look out of windows to locate any physical shars. Note this down.
9. Based on the above findings, come up with a plan or suggestion on the best placement of e.g. beds, layouts or arrangements of furniture etc. If there are any adverse situtations, provide advice to neutralise the shar.
10. Advise on colours and special interior decors required.
11. Make a full Feng Shui Audit Report.
Please note that the above is ONLY a guideline. Feng Shui Home Audits may vary with individual Feng Shui practioners. Before engaging a Feng Shui Auditor, always ask them questions like which Feng Shui `technique' he/she is using. The BEST Feng Shui tools are those who are especially knowledgeable in the Shapes and Form School and the Flying Star Theory, the 4 Symbolic Animals and the 5 elements. (There are more, but these are the most important principles in assessing a home.)

User's Comments " I contacted Robert and you initially in November last year, having gone through an 18month period of never ending bad luck. I also had an arm injury, which would not heal after a year. Absolutely nothing would go right for me, not even the simplest most trivial thing. I then found that finances were a problem. As recommended I completed a Flying Star report, and a Pillars of Destiny Report, and followed all the recommendation and cures. I also received allot of advice from your Free Advise service, and read all the previous messages for tips. I am delighted to report that the string of bad luck has now been broken, and I have gone back to normal, which is brilliant. I can’t thank you both enough. Finances are also satisfactory, so I can now work hard and strive to achieve greater things. I will always remember your kindness, it was most encouraging. I will try to use your example, and help other people when they are in need and maybe I can do something to help. Many thanks. " Regards Liz Cooper |
